By November 3, 2015 PTO

The PTO wants to update and clarify information for the Fall Festival below. If you have any questions, you can contact Sarah Doerr, PTO President, at 251-295-0351.

We need participation from ALL families for this to be successful! Please spread the word outside of our EA family so other children will know they can attend.

Every student is expected to donate two– 2 liter Pepsi products prior to the Fall Festival–you can turn them in to your homeroom teacher.

Each teacher has a form to note when the products are brought. When the student brings the two Pepsi products, he/she will be allowed to dress out of uniform in Red, White,

and Blue attire on November 10th–this will be in honor of our veterans for the Veterans’ Day program.  We want you to show your patriotism but please be respectful of your dress on this day. Each family is also asked to provide a baked item–cake/brownies/cupcakes–for the Cake Walk.  Please make sure the item you bring is in a container which does not need to be returned to you.

Elementary students will have a Fall Festival King & Queen – the boy and girl who bring in the most donations wins!  A photograph of the Fall Festival King & Queen will be hung in the elementary building for one year. Middle and High School students can donate money for the faculty member they wish to receive a pie in the face.  Donation jars will be placed on each faculty member’s desk for donations.  Check the jars in the office for participating faulty members.

We are looking forward to a fun night with our students and families!
