We are launching an exciting campaign to increase enrollment for EA between K5-7th grade. This is a long-term strategy to help the development of the local children and grow the school. Sometimes when children transfer to EA after graduating other elementary schools, they are lagging in some of the core academics. We want to be part of their entire educational experience and grow them to their full potential starting at K5.

There will be three major incentives: 1. Family Referral Incentive, 2. Teacher Referral Incentive and 3. A Legacy Incentive. Below you will find the description of each incentive and FAQ following the description.

Family Referral Incentive
For every new student recruited by an existing EA Family in the grades K5-7th, a $1000 credit will be put toward the tuition, of the existing EA Family with a cap no more than the tuition cost. Credit will be applied monthly in $100.00 increments. Incentive will only be good for one school year; as long as newly enrolled student stays enrolled, current on financial obligation, receives no financial assistance, at the end of the year pre-register for following year, commits no class II or III infractions and all other guidelines of incentive program set forth by Board of Directors are followed by both families. The below Family Referral Form must be submitted with the application for each student applying.

 Teacher Referral Incentive
Every current teacher that refers a newly enrolled K5- 7th student will carry a $500 incentive to be issued at the end of the 2016-2017 school year. The incentive will only be good for one school year; as long as newly enrolled student stays enrolled, current on financial obligation, receives no financial assistance, at the end of the year pre-register for following year, commits no class II or III infractions and all other guidelines of incentive program set forth by Board of Directors are followed by both families.

Legacy Incentive
Students continuously enrolled from K5-6th would receive a legacy incentive upon entering 7th grade. Incentive would be a monthly reduction of $10 in tuition. Incentive would be applied until the student completes 11th grade. Upon entering 12th grade the incentive would increase to a monthly reduction of $50 in tuition.  Guidelines of legacy incentives set by Board of Directors must be followed at all times by both student and parent to keep incentive.

Q. Do you offer any referral programs?
A. Yes, there is a terrific referral program for families that recruit new students to EA. There is a certificate you present to the family you’re inviting to come to EA that you sign, they sign and the headmaster signs. Q. Can teachers make referrals? They sure can! Teachers are our best resource so a special $500.00 referral program was designed just for them.
A. To qualify for this bonus, the teacher refers a new student for K5- 7th. Student will carry a $500 incentive issued to the teacher at the end of the 2016-2017 school year. Incentive will only be good for one school year; as long as newly enrolled student stays enrolled, current on financial obligation, receives no financial assistance, commits no class II or III infractions, at the end of the year pre-register for following year and all other guidelines of incentive program set forth by Board of Directors are followed by both families

Q. What if I refer a student and they are not accepted by the Board?
A. Unfortunately, you would not receive the referral incentive. Refer only students that will be a good fit for EA and the recruited family.

Q. When do these incentives go into effect?
A. Immediately upon receiving this notification.

Q. As a family member do I get $1,000 applied to my tuition for every student that meets the guidelines?
A. Yes. If you refer 2 students and they become enrolled, your tuition is reduced monthly (over the course of 12 months) $200. Here is the calculation 2 new students’ X $1,000= $2,000/ 12 months=$200

Q. What is the cap on recruiting?
A. You can only earn credit up to your full tuition amount. As example a family has one student enrolled and pays 295.00 a month for tuition. If you recruit 2 new students that meets criteria and is accepted to the school you will receive $200.00 a month credit towards your tuition for one year. If you then find a third student you would only receive $95.00 for that new recruit as you have reached full tuition payment via recruiting.

Q. Are new families eligible for the Family Referral Incentive?
A. Absolutely

Q. As a teacher, will I get a $500 bonus for every family I recruit or per student?
A. Per child, For Example
Frances Emmons has a family she approaches that has 3 children (K5-7th graders). That family applies and submits a Teacher Referral Form with their application stating they are being referred by Frances. Board accepts the family. Family stays at EA for entire year, during the year stay in good financial standing and at the end of the year pre-register for following year. Frances will receive $500.00 x 3 =$1500.00 upon end of school year.
