A number of school volunteer opportunities exist, please contact our office if you are interested in helping out.
Homeroom Mothers
The Homeroom Mothers help to coordinate many of the activities at Escambia Academy. They are active in raising funds to provide materials and equipment not available through the regular operating budget, they provide the workers for the concession stand at home football and basketball games, they support many volunteer activities, and they are responsible for all school-related class parties.
VIP
These volunteers provide many services on a daily basis for the faculty and staff of Escambia Academy. They arrive at the beginning of each school day and stay until 11:00 A.M. Maintaining the sick room, making copies for teachers, delivering messages, laminating items for staff members, and running off the daily bulletin are among the many services these wonderful people provide. Members are encouraged to participate in this worthwhile program.
Sports Volunteer Schedule
Volunteers are essential to enable EA to host sporting events for our students. Organization of volunteers will occur by class as well as by parents of athletes for various sporting events for volunteer service, i.e. concessions. This information is provided in the Registration Packet and will be updated as needed.

Gifts from you, our alumni, parents, and friends, are the foundation of EA’s continued success. Donations to Escambia Academy have a direct impact on the school by providing financial assistance for students in need, strengthening the school’s programs, and supporting the many dedicated teachers .
Every gift, no matter the size, makes a difference in the lives of our students every day.

Donations to Stadium Seating Renovations
Donations to the stadium seating fund will provide upgraded aluminum seating on both sides of our football field. Home team side will consist 15 rows high by 90 feet long all aluminum elevated seating for approximately 796 with 15 wheel chairs spaces. A new 8′ x 24′ press box will also be installed.
Visitor bleachers will consist of 10 rows high by 60 feet long all aluminum elevated seating for approximately 296 with 6 wheel chairs spaces.
We are estimating cost for this project including site preparation to be $186,000.

Donations to the Student Academic Scholarship Fund
Donations to the academic scholarship fund go towards assistance of students who show financial need, academic excellence and also fit profile of EA Student. Feel free to reach out to our Athletic Director Hugh Fountain on this excellent opportunity to enrich a student academically at Escambia Academy. If you have a current enrolled student you would like to sponsor please reach out to Coach Fountain to discuss this funding. Parents of students not currently enrolled and interested in attending Escambia Academy on a scholarship should discuss when meeting with Administration. Escambia Academy cannot guarantee scholarships are available.

Donations to the athletics scholarship fund go towards assistance of students who show financial need, skill set and also fit profile of EA Student. Feel free to reach out to our Athletic Director Hugh Fountain on this excellent opportunity to enrich a athlete at Escambia Academy. We currently accepting donations for scholarships in all sports: Baseball, Basketball, Football, Softball, Track & Field as well as Volleyball.
