“30 Guns in 30 Days” Raffle 2018

To meet the financial requirements of Escambia Academy, the Board of Directors has developed the “30 Guns in 30 Days” Raffle. All proceeds from this fundraiser will benefit the general fund of Escambia Academy to help with academic, technology and maintenance needs within the school.

Daily Winners will enter a final drawing for a Gun Safe with a Henry Golden Boy .22LR

Each winner during the 30 days drawing will also be entered in a final drawing for a Liberty Centurion 24 Spoke Handle Safe w/E Lock containing a Henry Golden Boy .22LR to be drawn at the end of the 30 days

A ticket will be drawn each day from April 1st through April 30th 2018.

With 1 ticket, you can win 30 guns AND a gun safe! Each ticket represents an opportunity to win 30 guns as the daily winner’s ticket is entered back in the drawing. Each gun winner during the 30 days drawing will also be entered in a final drawing for a Liberty Centurion 24 Spoke Handle Safe w/E Lock containing a Henry Golden Boy .22LR to be drawn at the end of the 30 days.

List of Rules

  1. Limit of 2000 tickets to be sold numbering 0001 to 2000.
  2. One ticket per each $50.00 donation.
  3. By obtaining a raffle ticket you attest that you are a law abiding citizen of good moral character, may legally possess the firearm(s) won, have intention of using the firearm(s) only in a legal and safe manner, and will or have already obtained instruction on the safe use and operation of the firearm(s) won.
  4. A ticket will be drawn for each day from April 1st through April 30th with oversight by an external CPA.
  5. A specific gun is assigned to each day of the drawing. The winner on a particular day wins the gun assigned to that particular day. A schedule of guns and dates will be posted prior to the April 1st drawing.
  6. Winning tickets drawn will be re-entered in the raffle. Each ticket represents an opportunity to win thirty (30) guns.
  7. Each winner during the 30 days drawing will also be entered in a final drawing for a Liberty Centurion 24 Spoke Handle Safe w/E Lock containing a Henry Golden Boy .22LR to be drawn at the end of the 30 days.
  8. All firearms won are subject to availability and EA reserves the right to make substitutions of equal or greater value.
  9. Winners and firearm won will be posted on the Escambia Academy website and the winner will be notified by email or phone.
  10. Proceeds of the “30 Guns in 30 Days Raffle” benefit the general fund of Escambia Academy to assist with academic, technology and maintenance needs within the school.
  11. You must be at least 19 years old and a legal resident of the United States to purchase a ticket.
  12. Winners will be notified, using the name, address, email address and/or phone number, that the purchaser has written or requested to be on the ticket stub. In the event that EA is unable to contact the winner it is the sole responsibility for the winning ticket holder to contact EA to claim his/her prize. Prizes are not transferable; the person designated on the ticket must claim the prize. ALL PRIZES MUST BE CLAIMED AND TRANSFER COMPLETED WITHIN 90 DAYS OF THE SCHEDULED DATE THE TICKET IS DRAWN.
  13. Raffle is void where prohibited.
  14. All Federal Bureau of Alcohol Tobacco and Firearms (BATF) rules apply.
  15. All firearm transfers will be administered through Scott’s Outdoors, 3898 Highway 4, Jay, FL 32565, and all applicable Federal and State laws will apply, including the state laws for the legal residence of winning ticket holder.
  16. In the event winners need or wish to have the firearm(s) won transferred to their local FFL dealer closer to their residence, shipping and any other additional costs involved with the transfer will be the responsibility of winner and arrangements must be made directly with Scott’s Outdoors, 3898 Highway 4, Jay, FL 32565.
  17. Winners may be required to verify that ownership of the firearm(s) won is legal in their state, city or town, prior to taking possession of won prize(s).
  18. At no time will EA take possession of any of the firearms involved in this raffle; winners will receive firearms directly from Scott’s Outdoors, 3898 Highway 4, Jay, FL 32565; all applicable laws will apply.
  19. EA limits any and all liability to the purchase price of ticket purchased.
